We've spent our first month settling into our rhythm - making sure everything is just right. Now, with those initial growing pains in the rearview, we look forward to celebrating with the community we know and love. Join us for our Grand Opening of Ethel Janes on Friday, January 30, 2026, with doors open from 11am-10pm. Specials, giveaways, free custom bottle engraving from 4-7pm, and more.

No reservations. No tickets. Just come as you are.

Ethel Janes is intimate by design, with very limited seating, so we encourage you to stop by when it fits your day, linger when you can, and enjoy a little something special while you’re here.

Our space has been built with care, intention and community in mind. We’re thrilled to welcome you in and share all that we’ve been working toward over the past year.

BENDT Craft Cocktail Class at Ethel Janes

Join us for an evening of shaking, stirring and sipping, hosted at Ethel Janes - BENDT Whiskey Kitchen.

Set in the cozy, library-style atmosphere of Ethel Janes, this class is intentionally quaint and thoughtfully curated for the cocktail curious. Expect seasonal flavors, hands-on instruction, and plenty of time to sip, learn, and connect.

Space is extremely limited and tickets will not last long. If you’ve ever wanted a slower, more personal cocktail experience - this is it. We look forward to welcoming you and to sharing an evening of BENDT spirits and cocktails!
